Carolina is the real deal! She made buying our first house truly enjoyable. I was beginning to get fatigued looking at countless properties to the point they all started looking the same. Once we brought Carolina in to help us it became fun again and we truly enjoyed working with her. She is very knowledgable on all aspects of the buying process. Carolina Grainger has been a such blessing to work with. We recently moved my FIL back up north. She worked with us to get his place cleaned out, staged and on the market. We tried our best to clean out the condo but we did have to leave some things. Carolina was very kind and just took care of everything! After the home was on the market for about 2 months 2 big hurricanes came through. She went to the property as soon as she was able to make sure everything was ok. We never had to go back to check on things. From checking his mail and forwarding it to contacting the pest control and homeowner’s insurance after settlement - she did it all! We really had nothing to worry about being 20 hours away. I was amazed at the amount of attention to every detail with such professionalism and grace. We wished she could have helped us up here!
